how i can make my crosshair visible ???

if you lost you'r crosshair by using hacks you can do this:
1. Delete the "cfg" folder in your cstrike (it will autocreate default settings)
2. if you dont want too lose any configs try finding in "cfg" folder: config.cfg
then delete it.
3. you should now have ur crosshair back. (until you start bad cheats again)

don't forgot too set the binds / keys again if you have done this.

crosshair 1
it will come up.

some year ago i got this problem and that didnt help i did try so much cvars

If the crosshair 1 code in console still doesn't work. Then you have to check "translucent crosshair", in the multiplayer options.
