PUB Hacks either come preconfigured with a anti-aim or limited options/features.
VIP Hacks normally more customisable and have either more features or more preconfigured aa/aaa.

But.. Is EA a VIP cheat or something? it's better than many other cheats,,,, and not for free?
Well I would say EA have made a name for themselves proving time and time again that they can make decent hacks which have proofed they can get a slight edge over the competition. With that comes a price... I have been around long enough to see many coders here release some impressive hacks over the years or they been leaked. With that said... It is really up to the creator if they want to share to trusted friends or sell.. Some are in it for the money and some are in for the LOLZ...
There been talk for a while here of invulnerability in there install client and talk of cracked/leaked EA... Obviously this been happening for quite some time.
