Limmited Name changing Opportunity

Have you had to sign up with a different name than you Usually use in game, well then post here to request a name change

Wanted Username:
Steam Name:



It has to be the same as your steam name, if you Frequently change your steam name then it wont be changed again...
This is so we can See who is active on css against who is also on the forums, cause with everyone having different names on forums to in game, its gets rather confusing, So yeah
